WOD:
Went to SNAP and worked on pull-up progressions:
3-3-3 with toes on bench behind me.
5 planked with heels on bench in front of me (not very good and lousy sub for ring rows)
5 jumping pull-ups (didn't do very well on these)

Mobility and stretching.
