I Did: 46:48: Run 1 mile (~ 11:30), rest 2 minutes; 95 lb. Squat Cleans, 20 reps; 20 box Jumps onto bench; 20 Walking Lunges with 25 lb. plate overhead; 20 box jumps to bench; rest 2 minutes, run 1 mile.

Very hard on heart and lungs today. Good work out.
