WOD: Three rounds for time of:
15 Knees to elbows
15 Hip extensions
Handstand walk 15 meters
15 Box jumps, 24” box

I Did: 14:31

Knees to armpits (often touching toes between each rep)

Handstand against the wall, hold for 20 seconds (first time doing this, working toward getting a handstand pushup eventually)

Box Jumps to bench (about 15"??)
