WOD: “SQT”
Three rounds for time of:
65 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice
I Did: 7:36 (at Tabitha 4LifeQuest)
70-lb Ground to Overhead (35-lb. Dumbbells)
200 Yard Shuttle run around the track
